How to print this sheet
Press the big Print button above (or Ctrl+P / the share menu on a phone). The page prints as a clean A4 sheet: only the worksheet, no menus, no colours to waste ink. There is nothing to download and no PDF to open, which also means nothing is uploaded anywhere — the sheet is drawn in your own browser.
What you need
One sheet of A4 paper and a pencil. Slightly thicker paper makes the cards last longer, but ordinary paper is fine.
How to use it with your child
Cut them out and play
Cut along the boxes and you have a set of picture cards. Play snap, hide one and ask which went away, or lay three out and ask your child to fetch the real thing from the kitchen.
Both languages on every card
Each card carries the name in your child's first language and the second language, so the same card works for naming, matching and early reading.
More free printables
All of our sheets are on the printables page: letter and number tracing, Hindi varnamala, pre-writing lines, colouring pages and cut-out flashcards. They are free, there is no account, and none of them carry a watermark or an advert.
Now do it for real
When the screen goes off, do something with your hands. Try 🧶 Weave a paper mat — an easy craft for ages 4-6, with every step read aloud in your language. You will need two sheets of different colours, scissors (a grown-up cuts the slits); nothing that needs a trip to a shop.
There are 56 more on the things to do at home page, and free printable worksheets if you would rather have something on paper. Ten minutes on a screen and twenty minutes off it is a good shape for a day at this age.
